1. Introduction
This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which CyborgSapient (OPC) Private Limited ("Company,"
"we," "our," or "us") may offer refunds for its SaaS products and digital marketing services ("Services").
By purchasing and using our Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to the terms set forth in this
Refund Policy.
2. General Refund Conditions
- No Refund for Services Rendered: Due to the nature of our Services, which involve
significant time, resources, and expertise, we do not offer refunds for Services that have already been
rendered, including but not limited to digital marketing strategies, content creation, and software
access.
- Subscription-Based Services: For SaaS products that are offered on a subscription
basis, you may be eligible for a refund for unused months if you cancel within the first 14 days of the
initial subscription period. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be provided, but you may cancel
the subscription to avoid future charges.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
- Service Not as Described: If the Service provided materially deviates from what was
agreed upon in the contract or order form, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time,
you may request a refund for the portion of the Service not as described.
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant and unresolved technical issues with
our SaaS products that prevent you from using the Service as intended, you may be eligible for a partial
refund, provided that you notify us within 30 days of the issue arising.
4. Refund Process
- Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, you must submit a written request to contactus@cyborgsapient.com within 30 days of the
event giving rise to the refund request. The request should include your name, contact information,
order details, and a description of the issue.
- Review and Response: Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the
circumstances and determine eligibility within 14 business days. We may request additional information
or documentation to process your request.
- Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using
the original method of payment within 14 business days of approval. You will receive an email
confirmation once the refund has been processed.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Setup fees, onboarding fees, and other one-time charges associated with custom implementations or
bespoke services.
- Digital products or downloadable content, once delivered.
- Services that have been fully rendered or completed as per the agreed-upon contract or order.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first seeking a resolution with us may result in the suspension or
termination of your account and Services. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and to take
necessary legal action to recover the amount disputed.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and
will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services after any changes to this
policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
